Photovoltaic Module (Panel) Inspection
At Goldstein Renewable, we offer comprehensive PV Module Inspection services to ensure the quality and performance of your PV (Photovoltaic) modules.
This service includes the inspection of PV modules during the production phase and before shipment, in accordance with international ISO standards, using a sample selection method. The conformity of the modules is determined according to IEC 61215 and IEC 61730 standards and employer acceptance criteria. Our aim is to ensure the efficiency and long-term success of your projects with PV modules that have high quality and safety standards.

PV MODULE CONTROL REFERENCE
Our Service Scope:
General Visual Inspection: Visual quality control of the modules is carried out, physical defects are detected and the correct progress of the production processes is checked.
BOM Control (Bill of Materials): The materials used in production are controlled and the quality and suitability of the materials are evaluated.
Production Line Control: Operations on the production line are monitored and the compliance of production processes with standards is verified.
Control of Product Certificates: Whether PV modules comply with IEC 61215 and IEC 61730 standards is checked through documents.
Control of Quality Tests: Quality tests of products are reviewed and compliance with international quality standards is ensured.
Inspection of EL (Electroluminescence) Tests: Potential micro cracks or manufacturing defects in PV modules are detected.
Flash (I–V) Test: The electrical performance of the modules is evaluated and the amount of energy produced is measured.
Additional Tests:
Gel-Content Test: The quality of the material is checked by testing the EVA content.
EVA/Backsheet Pulling Test: The durability and structural integrity of the module are tested.
EVA/Glass Pulling Test: The adhesion quality of glass and EVA layers is examined.
Peel Test of Cell-Ribbon: The integrity of cells and ribbons is tested.
Ribbon-Busbar Pulling Test: The reliability of the connection between the ribbon and the bars is evaluated.
Busbar-Busbar Pulling Test: The connection strength between the bars is measured.
Bad Module Test (Hi-Pot): Electrical safety of modules is ensured through insulation tests.
